• Own product design for a VPN service with 275K+ monthly users in Telegram and 40,000 daily web users: web account, main landing page, and apps for iOS, Android, and Android TV.
• Pitched a redesign of the long-unchanged web account until it was prioritized; when both versions ran side by side, 96% of users stayed on the new one, and everyone moved over.
• Redesigned pricing and billing: the plan grid, plan changes, and extra traffic that carries over to the next month, plus every state from usage warnings to grace period, expiry, and ban.
• Shipped split tunneling for apps and sites; now designing connection settings for restrictive networks, with a warning wherever a change can break the connection.

• The only designer on two products: a perps and spot trading terminal with up to 50x leverage, and Brighty Business. Took the terminal through public release with one frontend engineer, on a design system and token set I built.
• Designed a cross-margin risk simulator where traders try a crash scenario and see every liquidation price move across open positions; worked out the risk model with the product owner and took it to a complete prototype.
• Redesigned KYB onboarding for business accounts: mapped every field and document, removed duplicate inputs, and proposed product access after a short first stage.
• Took the KYB proposal through review with engineering and compliance; benchmarked Brighty Business against Slash, Finom, Brex, Ramp, Deel, and Papaya on approvals, roles, and audit.

Product Designer · Dubai, remote

• Designed a TON blockchain explorer for smart-contract developers, where one transaction can fan out into 99 messages: three levels of detail, from a plain-language summary to a trace graph to raw TL-B cells. Took it to a working build with one engineer.
• Designed ABI upload, live in the working build, that turns an unknown contract into get-methods callable in the browser, with decoded results, op codes, and exit codes.
• Rebranded BroBot into Quest Hub, a Telegram Mini App for on-chain quests that reached 100K+ participants: a migration flow for $BROBOT holders, XP tiers with soulbound-token rewards, and partner campaigns.

Founding Product Designer · Remote

• Designed a TON crypto payment gateway from zero to live merchant payments in beta: buyer checkout, merchant dashboard, and internal admin panel.
• Designed checkout for payments that can’t be reversed, in volatile tokens: a 10-minute payment window with a 60-second rate lock, a re-quote that shows the old and new amount, and recovery from insufficient funds.
• Designed merchant tools: multi-store setup, API keys and webhooks, staff roles, and a balance split into available funds and a 48-hour refund reserve.
• Interviewed merchants about accounting, tax reporting, and the payment processors they already use; reworked the dashboard home around fiat earnings per period, currency breakdown, and the exchange rate locked at each payment.

Closed in December 2024: merchants needed networks beyond TON, and the next step required a banking license.

Founding Product Designer · Nairobi, Kenya (on-site 2022–2023)

• Joined as the first designer before any product existed; designed the patient app and Scribe, the internal web app for doctors and care coordinators, from zero to launch for a primary care platform with ~40,000 members.
• Designed patient queues, at-risk flags and suggested care pathways in Scribe, automating over 60% of non-patient-facing work; clinical capacity grew from 206 to 800 patients per clinician and protocol adherence rose 25%.
• Redesigned the onboarding I had built earlier after its numbers came in weak; the new version shipped, and sustained engagement rose from 33% to 55% alongside new progress-tracking features.
• Designed WhatsApp sign-up and dependant accounts for children, for users with limited digital literacy; part of a growth push that brought 5,000+ new subscriptions.
• Hired two designers and mentored an intern into a full team member.
• Tested flows with patients and clinicians before they went to engineering: usability interviews and in-person tests in Nairobi, run with UX researchers.
