• Own product design for a VPN service with 275K+ monthly users in Telegram and 40,000 daily web users: web account, main landing page, and apps for iOS, Android, and Android TV.
• Pitched a redesign of the long-unchanged web account until it was prioritized; after release both versions ran in parallel, only 4% of users went back to the old one, and everyone moved to the new account.
• Redesigned pricing and billing flows: the plan grid, plan changes and conversions, and extra-traffic purchases that carry over to the next month; designed usage warnings, grace period, expiry, and ban states.
• Shipped split tunneling for apps and sites; designed connection settings for restrictive networks with warnings wherever a change can break the connection.

• Designed a perps and spot trading terminal (up to 50x leverage) through public release as the only designer on the terminal and Brighty Business, working with one frontend engineer; built the design system and token set used in handoff.
• Designed a cross-margin risk simulator with the product owner, who owned the risk model: traders run crash scenarios and see how liquidation prices shift across all open positions.
• Redesigned KYB for business accounts (8 steps, ~40 min average completion per analytics): mapped ~80 fields and documents, removed duplicate inputs, proposed product access after ~20 fields.
• Ran the decision session with the CTO and Compliance to unblock KYB after stalled iterations; benchmarked Brighty Business against six B2B finance products on approvals, roles, and audit.

Role eliminated in April 2026 layoffs.

• Designed a TON blockchain explorer for smart-contract developers: every transaction has three levels of detail, from a plain-language summary to a trace graph with a flat message list to raw TL-B cells.
• Designed ABI upload that turns an unknown contract into get-methods developers can call in the browser, with decoded results, op codes, and exit codes.
• Rebranded BroBot into Quest Hub, DeDust’s Telegram Mini App for on-chain quests, reaching 100K+ participants: migration flow for $BROBOT holders, XP tiers with soulbound-token rewards, partner campaigns.

Role eliminated in September 2025 layoffs.

Founding Product Designer · Remote

• Designed a TON crypto payment gateway from zero across three surfaces: buyer checkout, merchant dashboard, and internal admin panel. It launched in beta and processed live merchant payments.
• Designed checkout for volatile tokens: a 10-minute payment window with a 60-second rate lock, a re-quote screen that shows old vs. new amount, and recovery from insufficient funds.
• Designed merchant tools: multi-store setup, API keys and webhooks, staff roles, and a balance split into available funds and a 48-hour refund reserve.
• Interviewed merchants about accounting, tax reporting, and the payment processors they already use; reworked the dashboard home around fiat earnings per period, currency breakdown, and the exchange rate locked at each payment.

Company closed in December 2024 after funding ran out.

Founding Product Designer · Nairobi, Kenya (on-site 2022–2023)

• Joined as the first designer before any product existed; designed the patient app and clinical dashboard from zero to launch for a primary care platform serving ~40,000 members.
• Designed the care-coordinator web app that automated over 60% of non-patient-facing work and suggested care pathways; clinical capacity grew from 206 to 800 patients per clinician and protocol adherence rose 25%.
• Proposed an onboarding redesign after seeing weak onboarding numbers and pitched it with the Member Experience team to the product owner; it was prioritized and shipped, and sustained engagement rose from 33% to 55%.
• Designed WhatsApp sign-up and dependant accounts linking children to a parent’s membership, part of a growth push that brought 5,000+ new subscriptions; designed the patient app for users with limited digital literacy.
• Hired two designers, including an intern I mentored into a full team member; worked with UX researchers and joined in-person usability tests in Nairobi to validate most flows before release.

Role cut in May 2024 layoffs (120 → ~50 people); asked back part-time in October 2024.

• Co-hosted 61 episodes on product strategy and design process from the first episode; 482K plays, 101K listeners, 4.9 rating.
• The most-listened podcast in DevCrowd’s 2023 survey of Russian-speaking product designers (53% of respondents).
